For clients that want to get in shape and lose weight, a Pilates program gets results quickly! In addition to giving each client a customized pilates workout, Lori also advises clients on nutrition and even takes clients on grocery store tours to educate clients on proper nutrition. A big part of weight loss results is adding cardiovascular conditioning to the Pilates workouts. She incorporates jump board training into workouts. Intervals of jump board training burns calories and fat and is fun!

Jump Board Training

Announcing Pilates Jump Board Training at New Pilates Body!

The Jump board provides cardiovascular conditioning, while getting serious ABDOMINAL and full body strengthening of the legs, arms and glutes! The landing is controlled by using your Abdominals with little impact on the knees and joints.


A 30 minute Jump board session is a cardiovascular workout comparable to a 30 min run without the impact of running on your joints! The workout is a fun way to put cardio into a Pilates workout! It is great for those clients that want to burn calories to help with fat loss. Since there is less impact on the joints, it is a safer way to build bone density.


For athletes, jump board training is an effective plyometric workout. Explosive movements, total body conditioning and coordination is challenged while getting an intense CORE workout! It is great for soccer, basketball, volleyball, football and equestrian athletes.
